"Maggie’s journey in real estate began with unconventional naps in the back seat of her mother’s ’66 Mustang, navigating the streets of San Francisco to SF City College, during an era when single women pursuing degrees were a rarity. Her mother got her Real Estate Degree and proudly hung her license in SF! She was inspired by her brother Jim, a real estate developer in Puerto Rico, and soon they joined him in his ventures in PR! Maggie soon embraced the idea that real estate was in her DNA! Maggie played a pivotal role in her mother’s venture of transforming a vacation property into a 10-room Air B&B, marking her first experience in property flipping and team management during her early teens.

Maggie moved after three years in Puerto Rico, followed by four years in Haddonfield, NJ, where she assisted with a similar Air B&B transformation! She returned to the San Francisco Bay Area at the age of 19, where she purchased her first condo for $20,000, following in her mother’s footsteps of independence and business acumen. Marriage to a contractor, obtaining a real estate license, and trading the condo for a new home initiated a journey of buying and flipping 13+ personal properties. Throughout her expansive real estate career, spanning decades and surviving market fluctuations, natural disasters, and technological shifts, Maggie not only honed her skills in sales, marketing, and negotiation and helped others achieve their own real estate goals of home ownership and building wealth, one home at a time! She also established her own staging business to help her client's selling success.
